2. Use License

a. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of materials (such as PDFs, guides, or workout programs) from the RWF website for personal, non-commercial, and transitory viewing only. This license does not transfer ownership, and under this license you may not:

i. modify or copy the materials;
ii. use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display;
iii. attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer any software or online content;
iv. remove copyright or proprietary notices; or

3. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

All information, programs, and coaching services provided by Reuben Weiner Fitness are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not medical advice and should not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.

Participation in any program, workout, or session offered by RWF is voluntary and at your own risk. By engaging in RWF programs or training, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your health, safety, and results.

RWF, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from your participation in training programs or use of information provided through this website.

4. Client Responsibility

Results depend on individual effort, consistency, genetics, and commitment. RWF makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes such as weight loss, muscle gain, or physical transformation.

Follow all safety instructions and exercise within your physical limits.

Accept full responsibility for your actions and results.

Failure to disclose accurate health information or follow professional guidance may result in termination of services without refund.

5. Payments & Cancellations

All payments for personal training, coaching, or online programs must be made as outlined at the time of purchase.

Cancellations: In-person or virtual sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full.

No-Shows: Sessions missed without prior notice will be forfeited.

Refunds: Refunds are not available for completed sessions, digital downloads, or programs already accessed, except where required by law.

Recurring Payments: If your plan includes recurring billing, you authorize RWF to charge your chosen payment method automatically until canceled in writing.

6. Digital Program Access

Access to any RWF online program, course, or digital material is granted for personal use only. Sharing login information, reselling, redistributing, or reproducing RWF materials is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund.

RWF reserves the right to revoke access at any time in the event of misuse, copyright infringement, or violation of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RWF, its suppliers, or partners be liable for any damages (including but not limited to loss of data, injury, illness, or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the website, programs, or materials, even if RWF has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
